4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, you own all custom code, designs, and assets we create specifically for your project. This includes full rights to use, modify, and distribute the work as you see fit.

We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials (with your permission). We also reserve the right to reuse general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary knowledge in future projects.

5. Warranties & Limitations

We guarantee our work is free from defects and performs as specified during the 90-day support period. We'll fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost during this time.

We cannot guarantee specific business results, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" with reasonable skill and care. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

6. Termination & Refunds

Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. Upon termination:
